In a
nutshell,
Fixedpips
is a
software
plug-in
and an
affordable
pay-as-you-go
monthly
subscription
service.
Our
customers
download
the
fixedpips
plug-in
software
from our
website
and
install
it
within a
trading
platform
running
on their
own
computer,
once our
software
is
installed
and
activate,
it
automatically
trades
the
worlds
most
actively
traded
and
heavily
regulated
market
to make
realistic
and
consistent
monthly
returns.
The
profits
our
service
makes
are
realised
directly
within
our
customers
own
trading
accounts
and the
returns
they can
expect
from our
service
are
defined
by the
monthly
service
plan
they
purchase
from us
on a
pay-as-you-go
month by
month
basis.
We
supply
full
instructions
and
support
on how
to get
started,
and our
software
plug-in
runs
fully
automatically
once
installed
and
activated
within
your
MetaTrader
or
JForex
platform
running
on your
own
computer.
Fixedpips
is very
affordable,
it is
easy to
use and
it makes
you
returns
of
between
six and
thirteen
times
its
monthly
cost.
Our
service
is
designed
to run
fully
automatically
once it
is
installed
an
activated
so you
can just
leave it
running
on your
desktop
or
laptop
computer
and go
and do
something
else
with
your
time
while
our
service
makes
you
additional
monthly
income.
You do not have to know anything about Trading or the Forex markets to use our service. We supply everything you need to get started and our software runs fully automatically once it is installed and activated on your computer.
Our
'Plan
One'
service
plan
costs
£25 per
month
(or your
local
currency
equivalent
plus any
local
taxes)
and
requires
that you
have
between
£100 and
£150 (or
your
local
currency
equivalent)
deposited
with
your
broker
or
spread-betting
account
provider
so as to
cover
their
trading
margin
requirements.
Our
'Plan
One'
service
plan
returns
a
minimum
of £150
per
month,
which is
six
times
its cost
and it
will
cover
your
costs in
getting
started
with
Fixedpips
after
the
first
month or
shortly
their
after...
Please
note
that the
amount
of
trading
margin
required
by your
trading
account
provider
will
depend
on the
type of
service
they
offer
and
their
own
policies
and
procedures.
Fixedpips
is aimed
at
anyone
over 18
years of
age who
has a
laptop
or a
computer
and a
broadband
internet
connection
and who
wants to
earn
themselves
an
additional
monthly
income
with
very
little
time or
effort
spent on
their
part.
No
previous
knowledge
or
experience
is
needed
as our
service
is
designed
to run
fully
automatically
once it
is
installed
and
activated.
We
supply
full
support
and all
the
documentation
and
background
information
you may
need, so
it is
very
easy to
get up
and
running
using
Fixedpips.
Fixedpips
is a
genuine
software
subscription
service
offered
by a
genuine
company.
Here
are some
important
points
to
remember
about
our
service:
We
do not
hold any
of our
customers
funds or
ever
have
direct
access
to any
of our
customers
trading
funds or
their
trading
accounts.
Our
customers
do not
have to
introduce
new
customers
or sign
any
contracts
or make
any long
term
financial
commitments
to use
our
service.
We
don't
process
our
customers
payments
ourselves
as we
use a
reputable
and
secure
third
party
payment
processor
service
to
handle
all of
our
customers
payments.
So we
never
have
receive,
store or
have
access
to any
of our
customers
payment
method
details
either.
We
offer a
simple
pay-as-you-go
monthly
software
subscription
service
that
performs
a
mechanical
trading
function
when
installed
within
popular
third
party
retail
trading
platforms.
That's
it.
There
is no
way for
us to
scam
anyone
or
'steal'
anyone's
money,
and the
design
our
software
and our
service
also
prevents
any
shenanigans
taking
place.
The
markets
that
Fixedpips
trades
are also
vast and
can not
be
meaningfully,
or even
slightly
influenced
by our
actions
in any
way, so
there is
no
possibility
that we
could
'front
run' or
'rug-pull'
any of
our
customers
trades
in order
to try
and make
money
for
ourselves
that way
either.
We
simply
earn a
very
reasonable
monthly
service
plan
payment
from our
customers
by
providing
them
with a
service
that
'does
what it
says on
the tin'
and if
it
doesn't,
then our
customers
won't be
our
customers
for very
long and
we will
not have
a
business.
No
Fixedpips
is not
risk
free and
there is
always
an
element
of risk
when
undertaking
any
speculative
activity.
There
are a
number
of
factors
outside
of our
control
that can
influence
Fixedpips
results.
These
include
but are
not
limited
to:
extreme
market
conditions
or
volatility,
broker
performance,
slippage,
execution
speed,
internet
speed,
computer
performance,
etc.
We
can not
and we
do not
guarantee
that you
will
make any
money
using
Fixedpips
and you
should
only use
Fixedpips
if you
are
willing
to
accept
the
risks
involved.
With
those
scary
sounding
disclaimers
out of
the way,
we have
had very
positive
performance
results
to date
and our
predictive
models
show
that we
are very
likely
to hit
are
monthly
performance
targets
in any
given
month
and
possibly
more
importantly,
we won't
actually
lose
money'.
Our
business
is also
based
around
providing
software
service
that
actually
does
what we
say it
does -
so we
are
heavily
incentivise
to make
sure
that
this is
the case
if we
wish to
keep our
customers
as
customers
of our
service
over the
long
term.
We are a
software
and
services
company
and we
make
money by
selling
Fixedpips
service
plans to
customers.
We
also use
our own
trading
software
and
service
to make
additional
monthly
income
for our
company
and for
ourselves
as
individuals.
We
do not
use our
customers
money to
trade
for
ourselves
or to
make
money
for
ourselves
or our
company
and even
if we
wanted
to, we
could
not do
so as we
do not
have
access
to our
customers
trading
accounts
or their
funds
due to
the
design
and
function
of our
service.
This
depends
on the
type of
trading
account
you have
and the
location
in which
you
live. We
are
unable
to
provide
tax
advice
or
guidance
as we
are not
qualified
to do
so.
The
payment
of any
taxes on
your
monthly
Fixedpips
returns
is
therefor
your
responsibility
and this
is not
something
that we
as a
company
will get
involved
in.
VAT
or the
equivalent
taxes
for your
location
are
charged
when you
purchase
a
monthly
service
plan
from us
and any
taxes
that are
collected
are paid
directly
to the
relevant
authority
by our
third
party
payment
processor.
Fixedpips
never
receives
any
Taxes
that you
may be
charged
Yes our
website
accounts
are
completely
free to
create
and
use.
Our
website
accounts
are used
to
download
our
trading
platform
plug-in
software
and to
manage
your
monthly
service
plan, so
you will
need a
website
account
to
actually
use the
Fixedpips
service.
We offer
a free
unrestricted
three-day
trail of
Fixedpips
so that
potential
customers
can see
for
themselves
how well
our
service
performs
and how
easy it
is to
get
started
with.
There
is no
catch or
'strings
attached'.
If you
use our
trial
and then
decide
that
Fixedpips
isn't
for you,
there
will be
nothing
more for
you to
do as no
payment
details
are
required
to use
our
trial so
there is
no way
that you
can be
charged
anything.
We
would
appreciate
any
feedback
or your
thoughts
on our
service
if you
choose
not to
start a
monthly
service
plan,
but this
is not
required
and you
will owe
us
nothing.
We
may send
you our
monthly
newsletter
in the
hope
that you
may
consider
becoming
a
customer
at a
later
date but
that's
about it
and even
then,
you can
opt-out
of
receiving
these
emails
by
simply
unsubscribing
from
them...
A 'pip' is the smallest movement in the value of a currency pair and as our service captures a fixed number of pips from trading currency pairs, we decided to name our service and our company 'Fixedpips' and as we needed a website, Fixedpips.com seemed like a good choice.
Yes
Fixedpips
can be
used by
anyone
anywhere
that it
is
permitted
to trade
the
Forex
markets.
Our
backend
systems
are
cloud
based
and they
can
service
Fixedpips
users
from
wherever
they may
be on
the
globe,
So
people
from
outside
of the
U.K. are
very
welcome
to use
our
service.
Fixedpips
is a
British
company
so we
tend to
use
British
Pounds
(GBP/£)
on our
website,
however,
our
service
will
work the
same way
regardless
of the
currency
you use
and we
can
accept
many
different
currency
and
payment
methods
via our
third
party
'global'
payment
processor.
All
Fixedpips
service
plan
fees can
be paid
in
whichever
currency
you use
and the
figures
we quote
in
British
Pounds
on our
website
will
just be
converted
to your
local
currency
equivalent.
The
same
goes for
the
returns
you will
make
from
using
the
Fixedpips
service,
the
figures
we quote
in
British
pounds
on our
website
will
actually
just be
the
equivalent
in your
local
currency
or the
currency
that you
use
within
your
trading
account/platform.
The
'Fixedpips
Plug-In'
service
is our
'backend''
service
that our
software
plug-in,
once it
is
downloaded,
installed
and
activated
within
you
trading
platform,
connects
to and
receives
our
trading
instructions
from.
Fixedpips
is the
general
name of
our
service
and it
is also
our
company
name and
the name
of our
internet
domain.
So
when we
say 'the
website'
or your
'Fixedpips
account'
we mean
the
'Fixedpips.com'
website
and your
user
account
on our
website.
When
we say
the
'Fixedpips
service'
or your
'service
plan' we
generally
mean the
'Fixedpips
Plug-In'
service
and your
subscription
to
access
the
Fixedpips
Plug-In
service
- and if
we just
say
'Fixedpips'
we
probably
just
mean our
general
service
or are
referring
to our
company.
Hopefully
this
helps to
clarify
the
difference
between
the
three
but we
can see
how this
can be
confusing
at
times.
A
Fixedpips
'Service
Plan' is
a
pay-as-you-go
monthly
subscription
to use
our
service.
When
our
software
plug-in
is
installed
and
activated
within
your
trading
platform
it
connects
to our
plug-in
service
over the
internet
and if
you have
an
active
Fixedpips
service
plan,
our
software
plug-in
will
receive
trading
instructions
and
execute
them
within
your
trading
platform
on your
behalf.
We
currently
have six
service
plans to
choose
from and
these
start
from as
little
as £25
per
month or
your
local
currency
equivalent
plus any
local
taxes.
Please
see our
'How It
Works'
and
'Pricing'
pages
for more
information.
The
Fixedpips
Plug-In
is a
custom
piece of
software
that we
have
developed
and
which is
installed
or
'Plugged
into'
MetaTrader
or
JForex
trading
platforms.
Once
our
plug-in
is
installed
and
activated
it
connects
to our
'Plug-In
service'
over the
internet
and
receives
trading
instructions
which it
then
relays
to the
trading
platform
it is
installed
and
activated
within.
Both
MetaTrader
and
JForex
trading
platforms
were
designed
from the
outset
to
enable
the use
of third
party
software
plug-in's
as these
expand
the
features
of the
platforms
or
enable
third
party
companies
such as
ourselves
to
develop
services
that can
link in
with
these
platforms.
So
as a
summary,
the
Fixedpips
plug-in
is a
piece of
software
and the
Fixedpips
Plug-In
service
is a
cloud-based
service
that our
software-plug-in
connects
to and
receives
trading
instructions
from.
No we do not trade Crypto currency or digital assets and we do not accept Crypto currency or other digital assets as payment for our service plans.
All our
service
plans
are
pay-as-you-go
and run
month to
month.
They
can be
cancelled
or
allowed
to
elapse
at any
time. It
is
possible
to set
up a
reoccurring
monthly
payment
for your
service
plan
depending
on the
payment
method
you use
and this
can also
be
canceled
at any
time.
We are a software and products and services company. We are not legally able to provide any trading or financial advice or guidance.
Fixedpips
can work
with
either
type of
account.
Any
trading
account
provider
that has
spreads
which
are less
than 0.6
pips
during
peak
market
hours
will
work
well
with
Fixedpips.
Regardless
of what
trading
account
provider
or
account
type you
use, one
of the
most
important
things
is how
well
your
provider
executes
trade
orders
and if
trade
orders
are
likely
to
suffer
from
slippage.
If you
are
unsure
about
this,
please
contact
your
provider
and ask
them.
We use a
'global'
payment
processor
to
process
all
Fixedpips
customer
payments.
This
is a
third
party
company
who
specialise
in
payment
processing
and they
offer an
extremely
secure
and
reputable
service.
Our
payment
processor
processes
all
customer
payment
transactions
on our
behalf
and they
simply
send us
notifications
of any
successful
payments
made by
our
customers
and we
then
update
our own
systems
accordingly.
This
company
has
agreements
with all
major
credit
and
debit
card
providers
as well
as
services
such as
PayPal,
Apple
Pay and
Google
Pay and
many
other
less
well
known
payment
method
providers.
As
we use
this
third
party
payment
processing
company,
Fixedpips
never
receives,
stores
or
processes
any of
your
payment
details
so you
can be
sure
that
there
will
never be
any
security
issues
when you
make a
payment
for one
of our
service
plans as
you will
enter
your
details
into a
secure
web form
interface
that is
provided
by our
payment
processor
rather
than
ourselves.
If
you have
any
issues,
questions
or
concerns
about
the way
payments
are
processed
via our
website,
please
contact
our
support
team and
we will
be happy
to help
you with
your
query.
If you
can run
MetaTrader
and or
JForex
using
your
computer
or
laptop
and
using
your
existing
internet
connection,
then you
should
be fine
with
using
Fixedpips.
The
system
requirements
for
MetaTrader
or
JForex
are
fairly
low so
if your
computer
or
laptop
has a
2Ghz CPU
and 4GB
of Ram
then
either
platform
with
Fixedpips
installed
should
run
without
issue.
Fixedpips
doesn't
need a
lot of
internet
bandwidth
and all
the
heavy
processing
is done
on our
backend
systems
so our
software
plug-in
will not
add much
cpu load
to your
computer
at
all.
Low
latency
is a
reasonably
important
issue
when
using
Fixedpips
or when
trading
over the
internet
in
general,
and
those
who are
familiar
with
playing
online
games
will
have
heard
this
term
before.
Low
latency
simply
refers
to the
time it
takes
for your
computer
to
respond
to
requests
or to
receive
responses
to
requests
that it
makes or
is sent
to it
over the
internet.
So
there is
no need
to get a
special
internet
connection
or buy a
very
powerful
computer
or
Laptop
to use
our
service
- a 10
year old
desktop
or
laptop
computer
that
meets
MetaTrader
and or
JForex
trading
platforms
system
requirements,
and a
standard
broadband
or cable
internet
connection
will be
absolutely
fine.
Clearly,
a faster
system
or a
lower
latency
connection
will
help
slightly
improve
things
but in
99.9
percent
of
cases,
standard
equipment
will be
fine.
The
only
other
things
you
should
consider
is if
you or
someone
else
will
want to
use the
system
while
your
trading
platform
and
Fixedpips
is
running,
for
other
demanding
tasks,
or if
you or
any
other
people
using
the same
internet
connection
will be
'maxing
it out'
by
downloading
many
large
files
and or
streaming
lots of
HD/4K
media
content
all at
the same
time as
this
could
introduce
'latency'
which
will
impact
the
ability
for
Fixedpips
and your
Trading
Platform
to
perform
at their
best.
For commercial and legal reasons we do not explain how our trading strategies work, but to summarise the process, our automated systems make low-risk trading decisions based on custom algorithms and our risk management rules and there is no human involvement with this process. It is best to think of Fixedpips as a 'black-box' which simply sends dynamic signals to your trading platform based on your subscription plan.
This is commercially sensitive, however, we can say that all our customers are trading the same markets and the same instruments but they do not necessarily open or close the same trades. This is because our trading strategies are dynamic and are constantly changing based on market conditions, risk management parameters and the subscription plan each customer has subscribed to.
You can use Fixedpips with live or demo trading accounts from any provider you choose, however, your results may vary if your chosen provider is not able to execute trades quickly or if their spreads are too high or they provide different levels of service for 'Demo' and 'Live' accounts. We recommend using a regulated and reputable broker or spread-betting service that provides fast trade execution and tight spreads.
You are able to use one instance of Fixedpips with one trading account and any supported trading platform at a time as there would be no point in having both trading platforms actively trading the same trading account. You can use Fixedpips with MetaTrader and JForex at the same time and on the same computer, but you will need to have purchased two Fixedpips monthly subscription plans and also have two trading accounts in order to do so. We are more than happy to supply you with as many Fixedpips subscription plans as you are willing to pay for.
No, we are not legally allowed to send trading signals to our customers as this would be considered to be providing financial advice. We are also not allowed to provide any information about our trading strategies as this could also be considered to be providing financial advice.
Fixedpips offers a number of benefits over trading manually which relate to speed of execution, the ability to trade multiple markets and instruments at the same time, the ability to trade with a high level of risk management and the ability to trade with a high level of consistency. Statistics show that the majority of traders lose money when trading manually so the risk of ruin is much higher when manually trading. However, if trading manually is something you want to do then we wish you the very best of luck!
No, Fixedpips is designed to produce additional monthly income for the purchaser of our monthly service plans. We do not allow our customers to use our trading signals to generate income for other people or to make additional profits by selling access to our signals or allowing the copying of our trading to other trading platforms. Any customer found to be doing this will have their service plan cancelled immediately and no refunds will be given.
It is possible but we do not recommend it. If you are manually trading on the same currency pair that Fixedpips is running on then this is likely to cause problems with our service and you may find that your trading account is disconnected from our service. If you are manually trading on a different currency pair to the one that Fixedpips is running on then this is not likely to cause any problems but we still do not recommend it as this may still lead to issues that impact our service. Fixedpips is designed to run fully automatically on a dedicated trading account and we do not recommend that you use it on a trading account that you are also manually trading.
Yes you can and it is what Fixedpips was designed for! You should Install Fixedpips within your trading platform and then activate it either at the beginning of the trading week or prior to the start of each trading day so that it can trade between 5 am and 5pm GMT each trading day. You do not need to do anything else, Fixedpips will do everything for you.
In a perfect world yes, however, this depends on the stability of your system and what you are doing on your computer. If you are running a lot of other applications on your computer then this may cause problems with Fixedpips depending on the resources the other applications require. If you are running a lot of other applications on your computer then we recommend that you run Fixedpips on a dedicated computer that is not used for anything else, or leave Fixedpips running on your computer while you are at work, asleep or studying depending on your localtime zone. Ideally Fixedpips needs to be able to run without interruption between 5 am and 5pm GMT each trading day although it may well complete its daily earnings well before 5pm GMT and in these cases you are welcome to close your trading platform and use you computer as you need to. - You can then open your trading platform and enable Fixedpips before you go to bed so that it is ready to potentially earn you money while you are asleep at 5 am GMT.
Yes, customers of Fixedpips can share a special link with friends or family members and if these people join Fixedpips as paying monthly subscribers, then you will both receive an extra pip of earnings on your plan each day and for the duration that you and the referred customer are both paying subscribers. You can find your special referral link in your website account profile and there is no limit to the number of people you can refer to Fixedpips.
You can cancel your subscription plan at any time and you will not be billed again (if you had set up a reoccurring payment method) - Currently you can only change your monthly plan at the end of your current billing period, either by cancelling your current plan and then subscribing to a new plan starting at the end of your previous period, or by allowing your current plan to expire and then manually selecting a new plan that you wish to switch to.
No, you only need to pay a monthly subscription for your chosen plan. You will receive 100% of the profits that Fixedpips earns and there are no hidden fees or profit shares.
We have received a huge response to the launch of our service and our free trial so we are limiting the number of new users we automatically enable on the our systems to ensure we provide an excellent level of service to all Fixedpips users. You will or should have received an email from us within 48 hours of you submitting your name and email details through our sign up form and this email will either provide a link to allow you to complete the sign up process or advise when we will be contacting you again to provide you with a link to complete your sign up. If you have been delayed in being able to sign up with Fixedpips we appreciate your patience and assure you that it is well worth the wait as you will soon be making additional monthly income using our service!
Our free trial is designed to help you see how easy Fixedpips is to install and use on your computer with the trading account provider of your choice, and that Fixedpips also does what we claim it does... Therefor our free trials are strictly one per house-hold. Anyone found to be trying to take advantage of our free trial offer by attempting to use a free trial more than once will be banned from our service. Fixedpips is very reasonably priced and more than pays for itself each month so there is no reason not to purchase and use a monthly service plan if you have already seen for yourself how well Fixedpips works.
There should be no need for you to use a VPN with Fixedpips. The use of a VPN may add latency to the service and effect to your trading platform. We do not offer any different level of service or pricing based on your location either. You may use a VPN, Proxy or Firewall if you wish but it is your responsibility to ensure that these are correctly configured and that their use does not impact the functioning of your trading platform or the Fixedpips service. Fixedpips uses standard SSL networking ports for communication so there should not be any special configuration required. Please note that anyone found to be trying to use our service from behind a VPN, Proxy or Firewall to do anything that is against our terms of service will be banned from the service immediately and no refunds of any kind will be given.
Yes you may use your Fixedpips monthly service plan(s) within a virtual machine instance provided your use of our service on any virtual machine(s) is in line with our terms of service and you have purchased a Fixedpips monthly service plan for each virtual or physical machine instance that you will be using our service on. If you are running multiple trading platforms and accounts on one computer then the use of virtual machines can be a good way to keep these instances separated. Any use of virtual machines which is found to be against our terms of service will result in immediate banning from our service and no refunds will be given.
This should be fine as long as your usage of Fixedpips is in line with our terms of service and each virtual instance has its own Fixedpips service plan. There may be some technical issue that you may need help with depending on the settings your provider uses and you can contact our support team if this is or becomes an issue.
We do not have any connection with, or knowledge of your account with your trading or spread-betting account provider, so you will need to contact them directly and resolve any issues between you. You should always select a regulated broker or spread-betting account provider and we recommend that you check the FCA register or with your local equivalent organisation to ensure that your broker is reputable and offers a legitimate service.
This is something that we as a company never want to hear from our customers, but there is always the possibility that you may lose money while using Fixedpips. This is part of trading and it is up to you if you wish to continue to use our services. If you have lost money using Fixedpips, we would recommend that you disable the service on your machine and evaluate why the loss ocurred. For example, was this because our service made a bad trade? Was there a massive and unexpected price spike that triggered a stop loss? Or was there an issue with your computer or your internet connection? Or do you need to contact your broker or spread-betting account provider and ask them why they did not execute our trading instructions or why they momentarily increased their spreads massively? and which then resulted in you losing money on your account... Our service can work perfectly but for reasons outside of our control, a trade can still lose money and this is part of trading and happens to the best of traders from time to time so it is up to you if you want to continue using our service. We do not offer any refunds for losses incurred while using our service or refunds for people whishing to cancel their current months subscription for any reason.
We recommend that those considering using our service read and understand our Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy and use our free trial with a demo trading account before signing up for a paid monthly subscription plan. We also recommend that you read our FAQs, our How It Works and our Get Started pages on this website and that you also understand the level of service that your trading or spread-betting account provider will provide, as Fixedpips works best with third party services that offer fast and consistent trade execution and tight spreads on major currency pairs such as the EUR/USD and which do not suddenly widen or experience latency at the least opportune moment and end up resulting in losses on your trading account.
You will need a computer or laptop with a fast and stable internet connection which is able to run MetaTrader version 4 or version 5 or Dukascopy Banks JForex trading platforms in order to use the Fixedpips plug-in software and connect to our backend services. You should also have a trading or spread-betting account with a regulated and reputable provider and you will need to enough margin in your trading account to enable Fixedpips to trade at the level required to produce the returns stipulated in your Fixedpips monthly subscription plan.
Our service currently trades the EUR/USD currency pair. We have plans to expand our service to include other major currency pairs in the near future and we may also include other instruments such as commodities and indices in the more distant future.
If you choose to activate Fixedpips on your account which does not have enough margin to trade at the size stipulated by your monthly subscription plan, Fixedpips will lower the trade size so as to enable trading within your account. Once the level of margin in your account increases, Fixedpips will increase the trade size to the level stipulated by your monthly subscription plan. Fixedpips will not make larger trades than is stipulated within your monthly subscription plan regardless of if the level of margin in your account exceeds that which is required by your monthly subscription plan.
Fixedpips uses industry standard encryption to protect your data and we never have access to or store any of your bank details. We also use a third party reputable global payment processor to process your subscription payment so we never have access to your bank or payment method details.
No you will never be asked for your bank or trading account details by any of Fixedpips staff. Our website uses a third party and reputable global payment processor to process all subscription payments and we receive automatic notifications of any payments made from the payment processor once they have processed a payment.
You will receive an emailed receipt from our payment processor confirming your payment. If you have not received a receipt from the payment processor this may indicate that your payment was not processed, if you can see a deduction from your payment method but have not received a receipt from the payment processor or if you have received a receipt from the payment processor but are still unable to use the live Fixedpips service, please wait ten minutes and then try again, if you still can not access our live service, please contact us and we will investigate the issue. We are able to track any payments on both our payment processors systems and our own by using the email address that you used when making the payment and the time the payment was made, so you will never have to give us your payment details directly.
No we do not control your trading account or your trading funds other than when you have activated Fixedpips on your own computer and trading platform and Fixedpips will then open and close trades on your account at the size stipulated by your monthly service plan. You can disable Fixedpips at anytime and we never have any other details about your trading or bank accounts other than your trading account number or its identifier, your current balance and the number of open trades within your platform and we get this information automatically as this is needed by our backend systems in order for Fixedpips to work correctly within your trading account.
You pay for your monthly subscription via our website. You sign in to your free Fixedpips website account and then select the plan you wish to subscribe to and click 'pay now' you will then be presented with our third party payment processors payment page where you can enter your payment details and complete your payment. You will receive an emailed receipt from our payment processor confirming your payment. If you have not received a receipt from the payment processor this may indicate that your payment was not processed, if you can see a deduction from your payment method but have not yet received a receipt from our payment processor or if you have received a receipt from the payment processor but are still unable to use the live Fixedpips service, please wait ten minutes and try again. If you still can not access our live service, please contact us and we will investigate the issue. We are able to track any payments on both our payment processors systems and our own by using the email address that you used when making the payment and the time the payment was made, so you will never have to give us your payment details directly.
There are scams where people respond to comments on social media or send spoofed emails where they say you have one a prize or a competition and then ask you to send them money or your bank details. We will never contact you in this way and we will never ask you for your bank details. If you have been contacted by someone claiming to be from Fixedpips and they have asked you for your bank details or money, please contact us immediately and we will investigate the issue.
We will always send you any messages via your Fixedpips website account. If you receive an email or message that claims to be from Fixedpips, this may well be genuine but you can always sign in to your Fixedpips website account where you will see a copy of any legitimate messages from us. We will never ask you for your bank details or money. If you have been contacted by someone claiming to be from Fixedpips and they have asked you for your bank details or money, please contact us immediately and we will investigate the issue.
