our
Privacy Policy
Who we are.
We are a relatively new company founded in London, England in 2019.
Initially, we started off with a completely different company name and business purpose. We were a technology services company, and we were all set to start providing our services to businesses in the general London area. However, when the COVID-19 pandemic hit, we had to put our plans on hold.
As the pandemic eased and the lockdowns began to be lifted, and with our company dormant, we started thinking that it might be a good idea to change the nature of our business completely so that if anything like this every happened again we would still be able to trade and make money.
Why 'Fixedpips'?
Within our company there had always been an interest in trading the financial markets, and more specifically, automated trading and the technology sourrounding it.
Over many months, we slowly came up with the idea of restarting our company and pivoting into a software product and subscription services based business which we would base around an automated trading software product and subscription service that would provide real value to its users.
We had some experience and expertise when it came to building automated trading systems for private use within the business, but we soon realised that to provide a similar product to the general public, we would need to build a product that was much more user-friendly and which could be easily used by people with little to no knowledge or experience of trading or the financial markets or software development.
We also had to make sure that any service that we would offer could be affordable for the vast majority of people, function as advertised, and include excellent customer service and support as standard, and above all, operate lawfully and ethically.
Where we are and where we are going
It has taken us quite some time, a lot of development, and a company name change and rebrand, but as of 2023, we were ready to launch our product and our subscription service to the general public, and so 'Fixedpips' was born.
We created Fixedpips for two purposes: to generate profits for our company and to also provide real value to our customers.
These two things go hand in hand as far as we as a company are concerned because if we don't provide real value to our customers, then our business will not make any profits and it is as simple as that.
We intend to continue on the path we have chosen and to grow our business and our customer base over the coming years, and we intend to do this by staying true to our core principles yet also staying flexible enough to adapt our business offerings to the needs of our customers and the general marketplace.
Why We Do What We Do
Every business needs to make money to survive and grow, but early on in our business journey, we decided that we also wanted to do more than just make money. We wanted to do something that would help make a positive difference to the world and to the lives of our customers.
Like it or not, the amount of money that you have or that you have access to can really make a significant difference in your quality of life in terms of what you can and can't do, and the kind of lifestyle you and your family lead.
We believe that offering customers an opportunity to access an affordable, easy-to-use, and consistently profitable automated trading service, we can help make a positive difference in the lives of our customers, and by extention, their families and communities and in the wider world in general.
Helping Others
As a small business, we like to assist charitable organisations or organisations that contribute positively to the world where we can.
We believe that it is better for us to support these organisations by providing them with our technical expertise and/or our personal time to assist them with any projects that will help them achieve their goals, rather than just donating money.
Currently, we are working with an organisation that helps people with reading difficulties learn to read more quickly using a methodology that they have developed over many years of clinical experience and they also train people on how to provide this help with reading skills to others.
We will post more details about this organisation and their work on our website in the future. For the time being, we are assisting them in creating a digital version of a physical tool that they use in their therapy sessions to help people read and absorb information more quickly. We are also collaborating with them to develop their website, which will support their work and, ideally, expand the number of people who use their services and the number of people they train to deliver their style of therapy to others.
As a company, assisting people who help others read more effectively is one of the most socially beneficial things we can do with our time and resources, and we are proud to assist this organisation in any way we can.
We believe that by doing things like this, we help create virtuous circles that will ultimately help make the world a slightly better place for everyone.
This ethos is reflected in our companis product and service offerings. We believe that by providing people with the opportunity to use and profit from a reliable and affordable automated trading service, we are creating our own little virtuous circle. The extra monthly income that our customers make could very well help improve their lives, the lives of their children and their families, and their wider communities.
In Summary
We are a small business from London, England, and we are in business to make a profit, but we'd also like to help people improve their lives and their financial situation regardless of their personal backgrounds, their orientation or their physical location - and by doing so, help to make a small but positive difference in the world and all while operating a successful and ethically run business.
